Shipping & Exchanges


Shipping Times:

Please allow UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS for shipping within the continental US.

We strive to ship orders as soon as possible, however some items may not always be in stock.  Due to our print-on-demand production process, it may take up to 14 days for us to produce and ship your order.

If you need an item by a specific date, please call first and we'll try our best to help you out!

Shipping Methods:

We currently ship all merchandise via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently only ship within the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii.  We plan to offer international shipping soon.  Thanks for your patience!


Exchanges

Got the wrong size?  Wrong color?  No problem!  We want you to be thrilled with your MI RootsWear!  We will be happy to exchange unworn shirts (it's ok if you tried it on) for a different style, size, or color within 30 days of delivery.  To exchange your shirt, please simply mail it to:

Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. Please also indicate on the packing slip which items you need to exchange, and what you'd like as a replacement.

No packing slip? If you purchased in person at an event and do not have a packing slip, please just include something in your return shipment which explains what you would like exchanged, as well as your shipping and contact information.

Returns

Changed your mind about an item?  No problem.  Items returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery will be issued the full amount of the original purchase price, less discounts and shipping costs, issued to the original payment method used for the order. 

If you're outside of the original 30-day window, we'll issue you a digital gift card for the refund amount.  This is the same as store credit, and can be used for any item at any time with no expiration date.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

Sometimes we make a mistake!  If you have received incorrect/damaged/defective merchandise or we have otherwise made a mistake in your order, we want to fix it right away!  Please contact us to open a claim, and we'll send you a replacement along with a pre-paid return label for the unwanted items.
